I have used a tsp of butter in this pumpkin soup recipe, which can be replaced with ghee or any other vegetable oil. This pumpkin soup can be stored for 3 - 4 days in the fridge. Just reheat it before consuming.

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 2 cups chopped pumpkin
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 1 medium sized onion
  4. 1 tsp butter
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper (or as per your taste)
  6. 1/2 tsp salt (or as per your taste)

Instructions for making pumpkin soup:
