vadape akki rotti recipe

Vadape or odape recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Vadape is a type of akki rotti or rice flour roti. This instant breakfast recipe can be prepared easily using cucumber, rice flour, onion, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and cumin seeds.

I have used fresh ground green masala in this recipe. There is another version of this vadape akki rotti with red masala, which I will share it soon. Also I have used cucumber in this recipe, however traditionally ash gourd or sambar cucumber is used.

You can find different akki rotti recipes on this website like akki rotti with onion, sabbakki or sabudana rotti, akki rotti with dill leaves and avarekalu akki rotti recipes.

You can also find plain rotti or roti recipes on this website like plain akki rotti, jolada rotti, ragi rotti and akki rotti using left over rice recipes.
