This is a no-soaking, no-grinding ragi dosa recipe prepared using ragi flour, wheat flour, rava, vegetables, cumin seeds and salt.     Ragi vegetable dosa recipe

    Preparation time: 10 min
    Cooking time: 10 min
    Serves: 3

    Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

    1. 1 cup ragi flour
    2. 2 tbsp wheat flour
    3. 2 tbsp medium rava
    4. 1 cm length ginger
    5. 1 tbsp curry leaves
    6. 2 tbsp methi leaves
    7. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
    8. 1 medium sized onion
    9. 1/2 capsicum
    10. 1/2 carrot
    11. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    12. Salt as per your taste

    Instructions for making ragi vegetable dosa:

    1. Take ragi flour, wheat flour and rava.ragi flour, wheat flour and rava for ragi vegetable instant dosa recipe
