Betageri chutney recipe

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Serves: 4

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1/2 cup roasted gram or hurigadale
  2. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 3 - 5 green chillies (adjust as per your taste)
  5. few curry leaves
  6. 2 onions
  7. Big pinch of turmeric powder
  8. 1 cup curd
  9. 2 tsp jaggery (or sugar)
  10. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  11. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  12. Salt as per your taste

Instructions for making betageri chutney:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds. Wait until mustard seeds splutter.mustard and cumin seeds for Betageri chutney recipe

  9. In a container take the curd and add 5 tbsp of roasted gram flour.curd for Betageri chutney recipe
